Calling on all adults and seniors to join us on Thursday afternoons to meet with others, socialize, and enjoy some refreshments. Each week will also offer an optional activity. This is an inclusive program for adults and seniors of all abilities. Join us and make new connections in our community!

Each week we will explore a different type of adapted recreation activity including art, games, social skills and fitness. All ability levels welcome and modifications available. $37 / 8 sessions, $6 drop-in.
