This seated exercise class is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. Focus is on increasing mobility and strength while enjoying rock music from 1960 to present day.

This facilitated program offers participants the opportunity to try out different games and activities to strengthen both fine and gross motor skills. Games will include bowling, cornhole, giant pong, a fine motor skills station and more. Activities will vary weekly.

Calling on all adults and seniors to join us on Thursday afternoons to meet with others, socialize, and enjoy some refreshments. Each week will also offer an optional activity. This is an inclusive program for adults and seniors of all abilities. Join us and make new connections in our community!

Join us on the story carpet! We will read stories, sing songs, make a craft, and maybe even do a dance or two.

Free, drop-in baby rhyme time. A great opportunity to meet other families with little ones!
